WORKSHOPSSince 2009 on the Hormone Yoga Seminars by Dinah Rodrigues will follow the model approved by I.Y.T.A. e Y.S. and will have 3 levels: Level I for individual practice. It is also a pre-requisite for yoga teachers who want to do levels II and III and get a certificate. Level II and III are only for yoga teachers with a diploma. Level II is done by email for learning at distance and has questions about yoga, female physiology and HYT. This level can also be done with presence. The student should make a plan for 10 classes of HYT. Level III is composed of tests of hormone exercises, stress exercises and didactic test (teaching some exercises to the other students). The seminars will follow a level approved by I.Y.T.A. and YS Swiss Yoga Association. And should have the same quality for all Europe and Brazil. The level III is for certification as “Hormone Yoga Therapist for Menopause”.
