MENOPAUSE
Menopause is a controversial subject. For many people it is considered
a phase of intellectual decline, loss of feminility and " the
beginning of growing old ".
It is very important to be informed for this is just a phase of low
hormones.
Hormonal-Yoga-Therapy brings a holistic approach of this subject ,
working the physic and energetic bodies, with a series of exercises

It's a natural treatment along the line of energetic yoga, for hormone
problems.
It has special exercíses to reactivate hormone production
and, as a consequence, it eliminate most symptoms of menopause.
Yoga-Therapy, as it increases estradiol level, also helps in the
prevention of osteoporose and cardio-vascular deseases.
Since 1992 I've been studying menopause in it's several aspects
( physiologic, psychologic and aesthetic ) and then I created the
Hormonal - Yoga - Therapy for Menopause.
MENOPAUSE
SYMPTOMS
The symptoms may appear years before menopause and can go on some
years after it, if there is a decline of hormones for any reason.
Statisticaly near 35 the estrogen level begins to decrease and symptoms
may appear as: hot flushes, dry mucosas, tiredness, anguish, depression,
hair loss, dry skin and decreased libido.
